What are the shipping options?


At this point in time brianrockart.com is able to offer UPS standard delivery (Internationally). This usually takes 4-5 days when payment and packagaing have been processed. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends. Due to COVID-19, it is important to bare in mind that shipments could also take longer than expected and brianrockart cannot be held responsible for potential delays.




What do I do if I received a defective order?


We at brianrockart.com take great care in the packaging of the pieces, but if you do receive a defective product, we would require you to mail back the piece, and after assessing the return product a refund will be discussed. Brianrockart.com wil assure correct procedure when it comes to packaging and will investigate further if a piece were to be delivered broken or marked. However, brianrockart.com cannot be held responsible for damages caused by forces that are not dependant on us.
